Our Unique Aftercare Programme

We understand that it can take time to get used to a hearing aid, and it can take someone with

dementia a little longer. That is why we have a very different approach from our competitors,

providing a fully supported aftercare programme from the moment you purchase your hearing aids.

You will receive regular and unlimited service visits from your audiologist, annual hearing aid reviews for the entire time you have your hearing aid and loan hearing aids should you need them. If you chose a battery operated hearing aid instead of a rechargeable one, we also provide replacement batteries as and when you need them.

You will receive your own Personalised Care Plan and if you are assisted by carers, our team are

happy to provide training to ensure they know how to help you make the most of your hearing aids.
